This series of products adopts a horizontal flat bed body integral casting structure. The bed body, headboard, saddle, legs and other basic components are all cast with resin sand and artificially aged, resulting in good overall stability of the machine.
The bed guide rail adopts hard rails, and the bed saddle adopts "plastic pasting" treatment. The moving parts can achieve micro feed to prevent crawling.
The feed system adopts servo motor, precision ball screw, and high rigidity precision composite bearing structure, with accurate positioning and high transmission efficiency.
The spindle aperture is 105mm, with high speed, wide speed range, and low overall noise. The main transmission is equipped with a three speed variable frequency motor to achieve stepless speed regulation within each gear.
The control system adopts Guangzhou CNC or other optional systems.
